A 13,092-square-foot industrial facility located at 189 Bear Cat Road in Parker County, Texas has been leased, reflecting continued demand for industrial assets along the I-20 corridor west of Fort Worth. The transaction was led by Finn Wilson and Sarah LanCarte of LanCarte Commercial.

LanCarte Commercial has completed the lease of 1362–1364 Ranchers Legacy, a newly constructed industrial facility within Markum Business Park in the Fort Worth ETJ. The transaction was completed by Sarah LanCarte and Finn Wilson of LanCarte Commercial, who represented the landlord and secured a single tenant to occupy approximately 24,000 square feet across two buildings.

A 4,592-square-foot office property located at 8500 Precinct Line Road in Colleyville, Texas has been sold, reflecting continued demand for well-located, owner-user office assets in the mid-cities corridor of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The two-suite building constructed in 2016 with approximately 3,350 SF and 1,242 SF of separately accessed space was well suited for an owner-occupier seeking operational flexibility.

A 15,000 SF retail development site situated on 1.82 acres at the hard corner of Interstate 20 and Tin Top Road in Weatherford has been sold, marking continued growth along one of Parker County’s most active commercial corridors. The transaction was led by Parker LanCarte and Mark Boone with LanCarte Commercial and co-brokered by Chris Routledge with Westbrook Real Estate. 

LanCarte Commercial announces the acquisition of 7610 Will Rogers Blvd., a 33,000-square-foot industrial facility in South Fort Worth’s Carter Industrial Park, on behalf of a private manufacturing user. Sarah LanCarte represented the buyer in the transaction. 

Situated on approximately three acres, the single-tenant property features a stabilized yard and heavy power capabilities increasingly in demand among industrial users in the region.

LanCarte Commercial has finalized a lease agreement for a 31,780-square-foot industrial building at 14485 US Highway 377 in Fort Worth. Founder Sarah LanCarte, CCIM, SIOR, and Senior Associate Finn Wilson of LanCarte Commercial represented the property, while Jon McDaniel of NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant, Tarrant County Emergency Services District (ESD).

Kristen Fegley and Ben Gehrke of LanCarte Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, The Groves of Aledo, in the sale of 5.4 acres at 400 Bailey Ranch Road in Aledo, Texas. The property was purchased by Elmore Investments, which plans to open a multi-use sports facility featuring pickleball courts, tennis and padel courts (Aledo Racquet Club), softball and baseball training facilities (Twitch Athletics), a pro shop, and a restaurant.
