Fort Worth, TEXAS – July 2026 - LanCarte Commercial announces the lease of 4300 Garland Drive, a 5,000-square-foot industrial facility in Fort Worth’s Cascade Heights industrial submarket. Benson Williams of LanCarte Commercial represented RF Manufacturing in the transaction. 

The property generated strong interest due to its combination of heavy power and a secure yard, two features that continue to be highly sought after among industrial users.
