Grand Prairie, TEXAS – June 2026 - LanCarte Commercial represented Nationwide Prestige Warehousing & 3PL Services in securing a second location within the Great Southwest (GSW) industrial submarket. 

LanCarte Commercial's Mark Boone, Mark Ready, Lottie McCown, and Parker LanCarte represented the tenant in the lease of a 9,660-square-foot industrial facility located at 831 S Great Southwest Parkway in Grand Prairie, Texas. Mitch Cantwell and Brian Gilchrist of CBRE represented the landlord, First Industrial, in the transaction. 

The new location will support Nationwide Prestige Warehousing’s continued growth and expansion within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The Great Southwest submarket remains one of the region's most active industrial corridors, offering strategic access to major transportation routes, workforce availability, and distribution networks throughout North Texas.
