LanCarte Commercial Brokers Sale of Industrial Portfolio to Faropoint

 Fort Worth, TEXAS 76119 – April 2026- LanCarte Commercial announces the sale of a two-building industrial portfolio located at 4608 Fairlane Ave. and 4700 S. Edgewood Terrace in Fort Worth. The transaction was led by Finn Wilson and Sarah LanCarte. LanCarte Commercial represented both the seller and the buyer, Faropoint, in the transaction. 

The portfolio consists of two industrial facilities totaling approximately 47,000 square feet, both equipped with crane systems and heavy power. 

"Both buildings were well-positioned to achieve full occupancy, making this portfolio an ideal fit for Faropoint." said Finn Wilson. 

Following the acquisition, LanCarte Commercial has been retained by Faropoint to lease these properties. Plans to complete full make-ready renovations for the office and warehouse spaces are underway, with both buildings already seeing strong leasing activity demonstrating tenant demand for functional manufacturing facilities.
