Fort Worth, Texas – April 2026 – LanCarte Commercial announces the execution of a 10-year lease for 1,299 square feet at 309 W Daggett Ave, Suite 101, further advancing the transformation of one of Fort Worth’s most character-rich corridors into a destination-driven commercial pocket. 

The property is represented by Finn Wilson, Riley Dean, and Sarah LanCarte of LanCarte Commercial. The landlord is also the owner of The Holly, reinforcing a hands-on approach to both ownership and leasing strategy. 

Rather than focusing on quick fills, the project has centered on bringing in tenants that add to the identity of the block over time. The building will also be home to Sunrise Scones (656 SF), alongside Hiro’s Kitchen, which will occupy the newly leased space.
