LanCarte Commercial Brokers North Texas Distribution Facility Lease for Brightmore Brands

 Grand Prairie TEXAS 75050 – April 2026- LanCarte Commercial has leased a large-scale warehouse at 1201 Avenue S, Suite 200 in Grand Prairie, Texas, representing Brightmore Brands. The facility will serve as a centralized hub to support and scale the company’s growing thrift retail platform across North Texas. The transaction was led by Parker LanCarte and Mark Boone with LanCarte Commercial and co-brokered by Chris Routledge with Westbrook Real Estate. 

The warehouse will centralize donation intake, sorting, and distribution for multiple store banners, including Texas Thrift and Eco Thrift.
