Bio

Nick joined LanCarte Commercial in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the Fort Worth real estate market.

Beginning his career as an Associate at Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services in 2006, Nick quickly rose through the ranks to become a Managing Partner
and Senior Vice President. Since 2014, he has annually earned recognition as a
D Magazine Power Broker, solidifying his reputation in the industry. Over the course of his career Nick has been involved in over 450 transactions.

Nick is a distinguished graduate of the University of Texas, where he also excelled as a Division I athlete on the track and field team, further underscoring his dedication to excellence.
