The Maven Launches at Sundance Square: Fort Worth’s First Co-Working Space Designed for Women Professionals, Creatives, and Entrepreneurs

FORT WORTH, TEXAS – August 2025    Sundance Square welcomes Fort Worth’s first co-working space with attention to details specifically for women professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Located at 505 Main Street, The Maven offers more than 12,000 square feet of office space meticulously designed to inspire creativity and foster connection.

Designed by Anthropologie Home’s Senior Stylist Molly Mozdren, in collaboration with Architect Associates principal Alex Tailer, and Sundance Square Creative Director Sarah Ayala— The Maven’s unique coworking environment offers fully furnished offices, flexible desk layouts, inviting lounges, generous dining areas, lactation room, private meeting spaces, and a fully equipped conference room.

“We worked to create a space that reflected The Maven’s inclusive, female-focused, and empowering vision,” remarked Tailer. “We focused on creating diversity within the space, providing a variety of generously scaled office sizes, each with a unique style, to meet the diverse needs of working women.”

Of the decor, Mozdren noted “The Maven was designed to delight and inspire. It is a richly layered space with lots of natural light, making it an inviting and comfortable space.” Adding to The Maven’s appeal, she continued, “the wallpaper, music, coffee and tea stations, and craft candy nooks, offer moments of fun throughout.”

“Having art made by women throughout the space is meant to remind us of what’s possible,” Ayala expanded. “We wanted the artwork to reflect the energy of the community here and it’s a chance to spotlight and support women artists we admire.”

“We are reimagining workspaces and setting new industry standards with fully furnished options.  The Maven in Sundance Square was created as a market niche of women-centric coworking spaces, where women can feel safe, empowered, and supported while connecting to a community of like-minded individuals. The spaces are meant to inspire and spark collaborations,” observed Sasha Bass, CEO and Owner of Sundance Square.

Sitting at the heart of downtown with amazing views of Sundance Square Plaza, The Maven’s prime location, elevated design, and inclusive vision set a new standard for office space in Fort Worth. As a first-of-its-kind concept in the city, The Maven reflects growing demand for flexible, well-designed workspaces that support entrepreneurship, community-building, and diverse professional needs.

“The Maven is truly a one-of-a-kind office property and we’re proud to lead the leasing effort,” said Sarah LanCarte, founder of LanCarte Commercial Real Estate.
