KELLER, TX– August 2025 LanCarte Commercial has successfully completed the sale of three commercial properties along S. Main Street in Keller, Texas. The transaction includes a combined total of over 2 acres of land and nearly 10,000 square feet of industrial space in one of the most desirable commercial corridors in the North Fort Worth region.
The properties offer prime frontage and visibility along US-377/S. Main Street, with excellent access to I-35W, SH-170, and Heritage Trace Parkway. The sale included a 3,800 SF industrial building, 6,000 SF warehouse, and 2.898 AC of additional land.
