LanCarte Commercial Completes Full-Building Industrial Lease for Data Center Tenant in Fort Worth
Fort Worth, TEXAS – May 2026 - LanCarte Commercial has completed the lease of 1362–1364 Ranchers Legacy, a newly constructed industrial facility within Markum Business Park in the Fort Worth ETJ. The transaction was completed by Sarah LanCarte and Finn Wilson of LanCarte Commercial, who represented the landlord and secured a single tenant to occupy approximately 24,000 square feet across two buildings.
The tenant operates in the rapidly growing North Texas data center sector. Dallas–Fort Worth is the second-largest data center market in North America, with over 1,000 MW under development, and Texas is on track to become the world’s largest by 2030. Rising demand is driving strong industrial leasing activity, especially from data center operators and support users along the I-20 corridor.
For LanCarte Commercial, the deal required aligning the tenant’s two-building operation with specific power, loading, and HVAC needs. Balancing lease terms and buildout requirements made it complex, but ultimately successful for both sides.
