Birdie, the popular Austin-based indoor mini-golf restaurant and bar, has leased the former bar-and-patio

space at 2821 Morton Street in Fort Worth’s West 7th district.

Known for its immersive 12-hole mini-golf course, elevated food program, and craft-cocktail bar, Dirdie Birdie

will bring a distinctive entertainment and dining option to the West 7th and Cultural District area, adding to the

neighborhood’s established mix of restaurants and attractions.

The lease was represented by Brittany Doyle and Sarah LanCarte of LanCarte Commercial, and the Tenant was

represented by Jeffrey Yarbrough of Big Ink Commercial Real Estate. Their collaboration helped secure a

concept that aligns with and continues to strengthen the evolution of West 7th as a destination for food,
