Bio

Morgan Hamilton is a Dallas-Fort Worth native with more than 22 years of real estate experience as a broker, including nine years in residential land development managing projects from acquisition through completion. His development background provides valuable expertise in property identification, acquisition, zoning, entitlements, city planning, and the development process.

Today, Morgan specializes in land and industrial commercial real estate throughout DFW and North Texas, representing landowners, developers, investors, businesses, tenants, and landlords. He assists clients with land and industrial acquisitions and dispositions, tenant and landlord representation, leasing, and investment opportunities.

Combining local market knowledge with hands-on development experience, Morgan helps clients identify opportunities, evaluate highest and best use, uncover future value, and navigate complex transactions with an informed, advisory approach.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University, where he also ran the 800m/1600m for the track and field team.
