Mike Gallegos is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, sales management, and business development. His career in brokerage, management, and coaching has been defined by success in designing Commercial Real Estate go-to-market strategies, optimizing personnel deployment, and driving operational excellence.

As Chief Strategy Officer and Operations Director, Mike integrates strategic insight, sales leadership, operational expertise, and analytical rigor to align individual talent with organizational goals and deliver measurable business impact.

Mike earned both his B.A. and Executive Master of Leadership degrees from the University of Southern California and is currently pursuing an MBA at Brown University. He also holds the CCIM and MCR designations, along with multiple certifications in sales, leadership, and financial analysis.
