Bio

Mark Ready joins LanCarte Commercial as Vice President, bringing robust experience in commercial leasing and brokerage across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He focuses on tenant representation, project leasing, and the brokerage and sales of industrial, flex and office properties, poised to accelerate the firm’s expansion throughout the Dallas market.

Before joining LanCarte, Mark served as a broker with Bradford Commercial Real Estate, where he built a strong track record in leasing and investment sales. Noteworthy transactions include 200,500 SF of project leasing at Park Forest Business Center, 123,000 SF at Switzer Business Park, and the 47,000-SF acquisition for Biynah Industrial Partners.

A proud graduate of the University of Richmond, Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and competed as a shortstop on the baseball team—experiences that shaped his competitive spirit, leadership acumen and client-first orientation.
