Lindsey Shelley joined LanCarte Commercial in 2025 after beginning her career in Fort Worth’s oil and gas industry with XTO Energy and Double Eagle. She specializes in office and medical office properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
Lindsey has developed a particular focus in medical office real estate, working with physicians, healthcare groups, and property owners to navigate their unique real estate needs. She is also active in Fort Worth’s Near Southside and surrounding submarkets.
With a relationship-driven approach, Lindsey combines local market knowledge with a strong analytical background to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Management with a minor in Finance from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business.
