Kevin Goodman

Bio

Kevin Goodman joined LanCarte Commercial in 2026 after seven years with Vision Commercial RE, where Kevin served as Market Director for the past six years.  Kevin specializes in landlord representation within the retail leasing sector, helping property owners maximize the value and performance of their retail assets.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Texas at Arlington.  Kevin began his career in commercial real estate after making a career change from coaching and teaching.  That followed a long tenure in the service industry where Kevin worked at fine dining establishments such as Mercury Chophouse and Eddie V's.  That experience in the hospitality industry has served Kevin well in creating and sustaining relationships with clients of very diverse backgrounds over the years.  

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling along with spending time with friends and family.  Kevin also enjoys hobbies such as playing basketball, pickleball, and the competitive side of fantasy football.
