Bio

Colt Ellison is a commercial real estate broker specializing in industrial sales and leasing throughout the Fort Worth and greater DFW markets. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business. While at TCU, Colt was a member of the football program from 2019 to 2023, balancing the demands of collegiate athletics with a full academic course load. His experience as a student-athlete developed the discipline, competitiveness, and work ethic he brings to his real estate career.

Before entering commercial real estate, Colt worked in medical device sales with Arthrex, managing a $19 million territory and working directly with surgeons and healthcare professionals. He began his real estate career with Hopkins Commercial Real Estate, gaining experience in leasing, property management, and tenant relations while assisting with more than 400,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Today, Colt focuses on helping clients navigate industrial real estate opportunities throughout DFW, providing market insight, strategic guidance, and responsive service throughout the real estate process.
