  • Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent | Dallas, TX

  • OPPORTUNITY

    LanCarte Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Photographer/Videographer and Content Creator to work with our team on an independent contractor (1099) basis throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

    This individual will capture high-quality photography and video for industrial, office, retail, and land properties, as well as create content for social media and marketing featuring client projects, success stories, company culture, brokers, and Property Management thought leadership.

    We are looking for someone who consistently delivers professional work, meets deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

    The activities listed here are not all-inclusive and may include:

    · Photograph interior and exterior areas of commercial properties, including industrial, office, retail and land.

    · Capture professional aerial photography and video using drone equipment.

    · Edit, color-correct and enhance photos and video to provide polished, marketing-ready content.

    · Capture 360-degree photography, virtual tours and short-form/social media video as requested.

    · Coordinate with LanCarte’ s Brokerage, Property Management and Marketing teams on project scope and deliverables.

    · Deliver organized final photography and video within agreed-upon turnaround times.

    · Maintain all required drone licensing and comply with FAA regulations, including securing necessary authorization for controlled or restricted airspace.

    · Provide and maintain all professional photography, drone, video and related equipment.

    · Perform other photography, video and visual-content projects as requested.

    SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

    · Reliable, responsive and consistent in communication and work product.

    · Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and perspective to produce professional, market-ready property photography.

    · Strong photo and video editing skills.

    · Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

    · Professional when interacting with clients, property owners, tenants and LanCarte team members.

    · Able to work independently and take ownership of assignments.

    · Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    EXPERIENCE, EQUIPMENT & CERTIFICATIONS

    · Professional photography experience required; commercial real estate or architectural photography strongly preferred.

    · Portfolio demonstrating interior, exterior and architectural photography required.

    · Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.

    · Knowledge of FAA regulations, controlled airspace and required drone authorization processes.

    · Professional-grade photography and drone equipment required.

    · Proficiency with professional photo-editing software; video editing experience preferred.

    · Experience with 360-degree cameras and virtual tours preferred.

    · Experience using an iPhone gimbal to capture professional, engaging social media content

    · Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding area.

    · Ability to provide proof of applicable insurance, licenses and certifications upon request.

    INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR / SCHEDULE

    This is a part-time independent contractor position requiring availability 2–3 days per week, averaging approximately 4–5 hours per day. Scheduling will vary based on property photography needs, weather conditions, and project deadlines. Flexibility is required, as assignments may occasionally be time-sensitive or scheduled around property availability.
