    OPPORTUNITY

    Immediate opening for a Property Administrator in the Fort Worth corporate office of a growing commercial real estate firm. The Property Administrator will perform a variety of operational duties as they relate to the department of Property Management, will work daily with our team of property managers, and will report to the Head of Property Management.  This is a full-time 40 hours per week position (in-office) and will be expected to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

    The activities listed here are not all-inclusive; rather, they indicate the types of activities normally performed by this position.  

    • Serve as first point of contact for tenant and vendor phone calls and emails; assist directly when possible before escalating to the Property Manager.

    • Draft and distribute tenant correspondence, including default letters, project notices, vendor letters, and emergency notifications.

    • Prepare and distribute vendor service agreements, W-9s, and COIs (if not going through Vendor Shield) via DocuSign; follow up to ensure full compliance.

    • Assist with vendor vetting, bids, and introductions; coordinate lunch-and-learn meetings when applicable.

    • Set up and cancel utility accounts during acquisitions, dispositions, and tenant transitions; coordinate with municipalities and service providers to resolve addressing and inspection issues.

    • Assist with property inspections, onboarding new properties, and maintaining property files.

    • Prepare and/or distribute estoppels for property sales and organize completed documents within property files.

    • Review monthly A/R reports for each property, including 'past' tenants, to ensure move-outs are processed timely and accounts sent to collections when appropriate.

    • Collaborate with Property Managers during the monthly A/R cycle to prepare notes/reports, contact tenants, and mail default letters via certified mail.

    • Compile the final owner A/R report each month and email to the Property Manager for owner distribution by the 15th.

    • Prepare and assemble tenant collection packets for Property Managers to review and forward to accounting.

    • Assist in the review of month-end general ledgers and rent rolls for discrepancies and call out any obvious discrepancies to Property Managers.

    • Prepare PTARs for default letters, notifications, and utility billbacks; route to Property Managers for approval before forwarding to accounting.

    • Audit monthly credit card transaction reports for assigned company users — verifying receipts, matching to statements, and maintaining digital records.

    • Sort and distribute property management mail, scanning COIs and documents to correct folders.

    • Support preparation of Construction Management (CM) fees as directed by Property Managers.

    • Assist with special projects assigned by the Director or senior management.

       

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous office and real-estate experience preferred

    • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)

    • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good judgement

    • Desire to work as part of a team with a strong focus on client needs

    • Excellent communication and listening abilities

    • Organizational skills; ability to manage projects effectively and on-time

    • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

    • Analytical and detail-oriented

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks/assignments

    OPPORTUNITY

    Immediate opening for an experienced STAFF ACCOUNTANT in the Fort Worth corporate office of a growing commercial real estate management company. This position will be responsible for the accounting and preparation of financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial/office real estate properties. This position reports directly to the Controller and works closely with property managers and outside investors/partners. This position is fully in the office.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

    The activities listed here are not all-inclusive; rather, they indicate the types of activities normally performed by this position. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:

    • Post daily ACH deposits tenants’ accounts.

    • Complete weekly cash flow/payable holdbacks

    • Complete tenant lease billings/adjustments

    • Completion of monthly financial statements for a portfolio of commercial/office properties.

    • Review and process internal renovation/draw requests.

    • Assist property managers in preparing annual budgets.

    • Complete monthly cash analysis

    • Complete yearly NNN reconciliations for tenants.

    • Compile financial work papers for audits/reviews/tax return preparation.

    • Perform other special projects, historical research, financial analysis, and other duties as assigned.

    • Possess and apply a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    • 3-5 years real estate experience (emphasis on commercial, office)

    • Accounting degree

    • Experience with Yardi software.

    • Familiar with accrual accounting

    • Organized and articulate

    • Detail oriented.

    • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

    SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Self-sufficient in monitoring work unit and/or project deadlines.

    OPPORTUNITY

    We are seeking a Production Artist/ Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Production Artist/Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning marketing materials, managing the brand, and owning communications to elevate our marketing efforts. Attention to detail, focus, strong ability to effectively communicate with internal staff, both verbally and in writing and organization is essential for managing diverse projects efficiently.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

    1. Graphic Design:

    • Conceptualize and design captivating marketing flyers, brochures, business pitches, and digital assets to effectively showcase our properties and services.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership team to develop innovative design concepts and solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

    • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.

    2. Rebranding:

    • Work closely within the marketing team and the Leadership team to refresh and update existing marketing materials, including logos, templates, and promotional materials.

    • Execute rebranding initiatives while preserving brand integrity and ensuring a seamless transition across all touchpoints.

    3. Manage Property Listings

    • Maintain properties on various listing websites, keeping properties accurate and detailed

    • Work with brokers to update properties as needed

    4. Email Campaigns

    • Create and implement weekly email campaigns

    • Collaborate with brokers on property blasts for accuracy

    5. Social Media

    • Produce engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

    • Maintain monthly social media calendar to collaborate with leadership team

    6. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct thorough reviews of artwork and designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.

    • Make necessary revisions and adjustments based on feedback and project specifications.

    7. Other Responsibilities:

    • Ability to write press releases and create ads for print media

    • Apply to various company and individual awards and stay up-to-date on award opportunities throughout the year

    • Design and maintain a social media strategy and keeping the corporate website updated

    • Photograph properties on camera and drone as needed

    • Track marketing analytics on a monthly basis to measure growth and improvement

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing or related field.

    • 5-7 years of proven experience as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) and other relevant design software.

    • Proficient in Apple/Mac platform operations

    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for database management and Word/PowerPoint for content review

    • Strong portfolio highlighting a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.

    • Experience with photography equipment and software and drone photography equipment and software preferred.

    • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Google Analytics

    • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
