With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Brittany brings a deep understanding of market dynamics, deal structure, and tenant trends- particularly in the retail, restaurant, and entertainment sectors.

Prior to joining LanCarte Commercial, Brittany owned and operated her own brokerage firm, giving her a unique perspective on both sides of a transaction and a hands-on approach to client service. Her strengths lie in curating tenant mixes, unlocking value in underperforming assets, and executing creative strategies that drive occupancy and investment returns.
